Step 1 - Download this file to run to fix regedit command:

Jika cara diatas belum berhasil pakai cara di bawah:
Step 1 - In Run command box, type comman: Regedit 

Step 2 - Open by this tree folder: 
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ FileExts \ .exe 

Finally - Delete semua cotents yang berhubungan dengan Window Media Center.
